Wednesday morning we got to sleep in late and later that day we attended a media event at the Texas Motor Speedway (TMS).

Thursday we got up and went to Cabela's, Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. Then we hurried back to the hotel for team check-in and team meetings.

                  

Today is the first day of scrutineering. We have a series of stations each with different regulations we have to comply with. We tried at station one today, but we had to fix our crush zones and some bolts on our brakes.  We fixed our problems and moved on to another station, the tilt and turn station. We did not pass. We moved on to electrical and decided to circle back to the tilt and turn later. We did not pass that either due to some insulation problems. We went on to get as much as we could get done today and did our slaloms. We passed! We are now working on our tilt and turn problems to hopefully be able to race. Awe heck,  the judge just came and reversed his decision because we did GREAT on our slaloms!!! We will work on any other problems we might have and hopefully breeze through tomorrow!!!
